Frequently Asked Questions

What is your address?

Our tour office is located at 110 main street in downtown Jerome, Arizona.

We are in the lower level museum of the New State Motor Company, down the metal steps.

Are your tours appropriate for children under 10?

The Historic Tours are appropriate for any age. The Haunted Tours are not designed to frighten children, however they are probably too scary for kids under 10.

What time do the Haunted Tours depart?

The walking haunted tours depart from Jerome at dusk. For the Classic Haunted Tour, we pick you up at your hotel 1 hour prior in order to tour Cottonwood and Clarkdale on the way to Jerome.

I see most of your Tours depart from Sedona & Cottonwood. What if we’re already in Jerome?

Tours of Jerome offers a shorter Jerome Tour for people already in Jerome.  ‘Just Jerome Haunted Tour’ and the ‘Just Jerome Historic Tour’ You can book it online yourself, or call us at 928-634-0452 and ask about the ‘Just Jerome tours’.

Will inclement weather delay or cancel my booked tour?

Our tours run all year long. Our Haunted Tours are walking tours, and do require climbing steps, navigating dirt roads around some of the locations. Jerome has some steep inclines and steps, so comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended and also warmer clothing in colder winter months. We will cancel tours if it’s snowing at tour time and refund.

Our historic tours are conducted in a climate-controlled van and do not require any extensive walking.

Snow will effect our tours for safety reasons, check the weather in Jerome or call us. Arizona experiences seasonal rains starting in Mid July and will run through Aug and usually into early September. We will provide umbrellas, and encourage our guests to check the weather, but we don’t cancel tours due to rain.
